Browse the Rakuma (fril.jp) category tree: pass a category_id to get that category with its ancestor breadcrumbs and direct children, or omit it to list all fourteen top-level categories. Every node carries its Japanese name and kana reading, the SEO name, the marketing description Rakuma shows on the category page, and the size groups that apply to it, so the ids can be fed straight into the listing search.
